Join members of WSPA for dinner with chef Todd Gray and Ellen Kassoff Gray, owners of the Equinox Restaurant and culinary consultants to Salamander Spa opening next spring in Middleburg, VA. The chef’s reception will be followed by a three-course dinner for the Spring Equinox, sourced from Blue Ridge farms, coffee with dessert. Wine and other beverages will be available, not included in dinner price.
